Who we are

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through this website. The contact form asks for your name, company, email, and phone, along with optional fleet size, renewal month, and a message. The newsletter form asks for your email. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also produces standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and browser information used for security and reliability.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and provide the guidance you've asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Who processes it

Submissions are handled by service providers acting on our behalf: HubSpot (managing inquiries and client communication), Supabase (secure backup storage of form submissions), and Vercel (website hosting and cookieless site analytics). Each processes your information only to provide these services.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. We measure site traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless service that counts visits in aggregate without storing anything in your browser or tracking you across other sites. If we ever add tracking that requires consent, this policy will be updated first and a consent option will be provided.

Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as it's needed to respond to your inquiry or maintain a business relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

Email us at hello@vanguardconsulting.agency to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted, or to opt out of further communication. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you're located.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit collection to what we actually need — which is the best safeguard of all.

Children

This website and our services are directed to businesses, not to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
